Known for her pioneering work linking leadership and goal achievement, Dr. Lippitt is recognized as a leader in executing change, leadership effectiveness and strategic thinking.

Dr. Lippitt released her book Brilliant or Blunder: 6 Ways Leaders Navigate Uncertainty, Opportunity and Complexity in 2014 to update her 2004 book The Leadership Spectrum which won the Bronze Award for the best business book from Foreword Magazine.
