I love a writing challenge!! When I saw Vivian Kirkfield’s #50PreciousWords story contest, I just had to try it! The rules are simple: Tell a whole story in 50 words or fewer. I hope my little story brings a smile!
I titled it Two Afraid.
Monster hears noises
from under his bed.
Shaking, he takes a peek.
A small boy shouts in fear
Why are you under my bed?
the enormous monster asks.
