Here's wishing everyone a good Monday morning, and a safe week ahead.
So, God willing, 17 weeks today Ewa and I will be waking up looking forward to the 115 mile drive south from Phoenix to Tucson.
I've already made the decision not to drive I-10 as usual but to head out through Apache Junction and Florence.
Hopefully it'll be more scenic with more opportunities to stop - if not then it's certainly a road we've never driven before.
Again, God willing, we hope to be meeting up with my CA writing buddy Chris Davis and his wife for a few days sightseeing - including a trip to Tombstone of course! (As is only fitting for two writers of westerns!)

As planned I'm currently working my way through Book 4 and the list of 'troublesome words'.
I find social media (particularly Twitter) takes a large chunk of time from my day - but somehow I feel it's a rather necessary, and hopefully worthwhile, evil.
Onwards and upwards I guess.
