POWER WORDS

In my book Willing Change I give 5 steps to change your mindsets from the ones that block your progress to ones that help you to move forward.

1. Establish a desired change.
2. Determine the mindsets of your desired state.
3. Examine your current mindsets.
4. Transform doubts into certainties.
5. Reinforce your new mindsets.

In the book I demonstrate how your thoughts affect your outlook and the consequent actions and results. It only makes sense that the wording of the phrases or affirmations you choose to think to help you along the way is very significant.
