I've lost 5.5 lbs my first week on Weight Watchers. Yay!
In a big way, I've spent the week having to completely readjust my long-held assumptions about food and what is good versus bad. Me. The person who has half a bookshelf filled with books on weight loss and exercise. The person who followed Oprah and Kirsty and just about everyone else who publicly chronicled their weight loss endeavors. Who subscribed to Health magazine for years and considered herself an authority. I've been doing it
