I am running an Expressive Painting and Writing taster workshop on September 6. This is a chance to paint what's in your heart, and we will be throwing out the rule book, (i.e. no technical experience is required to do this), and working with connecting with our inner voice, listening to our intuition, and expressing that through paint and words to find new meaning and purpose. This will be fun and enlightening. So, if you are curious about 'what's next in my life?', or you are interested in learning more about yourself, this is for you!
