There we go - that's the first half of the first month of 2017 done & dusted.
Didn't take too long.
Hope the New Year is treating one & all very well to date.

On the book front I think I'm going to set myself the goal of getting Book 4 (the 3rd in the Jake Base series) published this week.
After all, my mother's rather eager to have something new to read!!

Book 5 (complete with a new location and all fresh characters - Jake's not involved) is currently carrying around 7000 words - so that's going along nicely.
I was in two minds where to 'place' this novel when I began to add the words. I thought about setting it on the Arizona / Utah border around Monument Valley - after all John Wayne loved the location.
But I've gone for the area known as Wyoming Territory before it achieved statehood.
Maybe next time.............
