Tell us about your story in Claiming My ValentineWhat is the title of your story? Claiming Cupid
What is your story about?Krissy Kissinger, Fairy Extraordinaire, assistant to the one and only Cupid, must find her boss, save Valentine’s Day and delete the drunk text she sent said God of Love proclaiming her affection – all with a raging hangover and a pack of over-the-hill cherubs.
Who is/are the main characters?Krissy Kissinger, Fairy ExtraordinaireCupidAlbert, Krissy’s flamboyant assistant Aphrodite, Cupid’s overbearing momAres, the God of War and Cupid’s best friend
How did the story come to you?It just came to me when I was asked to be part of this set with these amazing ladies! I write all my stories organically. That is to say, I don’t outline. I have the basic theme and direction of the story in my head and I let the characters run with it LOL.
Did you have to research for this novel. If so, why and what did you learn?Yes, I had to research the pantheon of gods. I reinforced what I already knew – mythological or not – those guys and gals were a mixed bag of nuts but make GREAT characters! Do you relate to your character? Is your protagonist anything like you personally?Oh yeah! She is goofy, acts before she thinks and has a wicked sense of humor!
What made you write this character; what made them important to you or made you want to tell their story?I usually write pretty intense, action packed, love stories, so writing this short and fun stories like it, gives me a chance to show my funny side and let the one-liners fly! Is there anything specific you want readers to know about this piece of work?Go into with fun in mind! I want you to laugh and enjoy!

What conflict(s) do you face?Cupid has disappeared. His mother, Aphrodite, is breathing down my neck and the cherubs all have mono.
Are there any secondary characters we should keep our eyes on? Who are they? How are they connected with you?Ares. The God of War claims to need no one but deep down inside, he wants a fairy of his own.Will we see you in upcoming stories? If so, what is the title/series and when?You never know…heeheehee
