Nah, it hasn't worked, I'm back to the switch backs but have edited them back to give longer sections with each of the two groups. It's interesting to try rearranging the words to see how they read but I prefer the way it is and that ties back to the rest of the book. So I've just got to the moment when the goblins celebrate All Sharks Eve, when they thank the gods for not giving sharks legs and being able to hunt on land. But now other more mundane jobs need doing.
