It's very possible (even likely) that having illustrated covers for this series is entirely my thing rather than something readers care about. In fact, quite a few people didn't like my covers at all! While it would be possible to put out a book with essentially just a title page, I definitely have a preference for creating a matching set. I'm both stubborn and particular, not an easy combination of traits.
I'm considering whether I can get the new god book out before the end of the year, but I won't make any promises!
