With God!
“If God doesn’t show up I’ve got nothing.” The retreat leader’s words reflected his sincere reliance on the Lord to impact people’s lives.
The truth is that the Lord was already there. Matthew 18:20 - For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
The leader was not unaware of that scripture or the truth found in it. His words reflected the realization that being only a man, he alone could not bring a life-changing message to those gathered. Ah, but with God, our loving heavenly Father who promised He would be with us as we gather in His name, the leader had all he needed.
Mark 10:27 - Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”
Being assured that with God you’ve got what it takes…the Next Right Choice!
