Elimination - A Thought Experiment.

There will always be more to focus on: 

More Research, Strategies, Markets, or Project Types.More Characters, Sex Scenes or Shocking Twists, Explicit Descriptions, or Taboo content. More Uncertainties within Relationships, Identities or Pride issues. 

Seems like the answer is probably a lot more simple than I had previously thought. Likely there is too much noise.

Thought Experiment:

The next time you wake up, kill a thought pattern by asking how you can set up a system to capture that action based anxiety , or eliminate the action entirely. If you are unable to do either, consider if it is possible to delegate that task to someone else, and if it would be more efficient for you to spend your time on something else.

Do this every day until you have run out of things to distract yourself from the projects you care most about.
