In an effort to pay homage to Paul Giamatti and other unrecognized souls, Val Bodurtha and two of her favorite collaborators from years past, Sophie Mann and Rebecca Shaw, have been campaigning tirelessly to install a wax figure of the actor Paul Giamatti at Madame Tussauds in New York.

these students’ voices are finally being heard, and their dreams now within reach: the museum has stated it will add Giamatti to its illustrious collection IF the petitioners can gather 500,000 signatures on a petition, pronto.

We ardently believe that that in the back of everyone’s minds is a wax figure of Paul Giamatti, a physical manifestation of something or someone deserving going unnoticed for too long.
