Ok, I love to argue. Sometimes people think it’s my middle name. But believe it or not, it’s not because I always think I’m right. More on that in a minute. There are many times that I remain silent during conversations where several people are speaking. However, I will , on occasion have a point to make during that conversation. Sometimes(hopefully usually) I feel I know what I’m talking about when I say something or that I’m at least knowledgeable about the topic. Most of the time, it’s a non issue and the conversation is over and we move on to something else.  Sometimes it’s work, lunch or maybe another conversation-whatever, you get the point.  Ok here comes my where I love to argue.

Every once in a while, a topic will come up- and if I say something that is .00005 % off or maybe slightly off or someone else does,  there is always someone in the group the points out we were incorrect  and says -“well actually” . NOW- I could just leave it alone but of course, I’m stubborn and usually don’t. Most of the time the person that created the challenge did so just to get under our skin because his or her answer ends up being a scientific stephen hawking answer that you have to search on google to confirm that is correct to the exact .10th. Or their answer is way off base but they always have a challenge. So am I the person that likes to argue or is it them ? lol. OK it’s me- Because I could choose to ignore those people like him. I could just let them interrupt and challenge every conversation. I mean, the issue isn’t that they have a comment. It’s that they didn’t have a comment until we had a comment-THEN they had a comment! SO, I have come to the conclusion that it just doesn’t matter if we or anybody is right. It just doesn’t matter. Being right isn’t important. What’s important is that you have patience. And that you can laugh. And although this really has happened in my life, it’s important to remember to not to take life too seriously. Lorenzo Victory
