Events this month in the D.C. area

I'll be talking about my new book, The Case for Maximum Wage, at three events in the Washington, D.C. area over the next two weeks. If you live in the area, I hope to see you!

Tuesday, July 17, 6:30 p.m.: Busboys & Poets in Hyattsville, Md. Introducing the discussion: State Senator Paul Pinsky, the leading progressive lawmaker in the Maryland General Assembly.

Thursday, July 19, 6:30 p.m.: Busboys & Poets, 14th and V Sts, Washington, D.C. Introducing the discussion: John Cavanagh, executive director of the Institute for Policy Studies, Washington's oldest progressive think tank.

Tuesday, July 24, 7 p.m.: Politics & Prose, 5015 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, D.C.
