Happy New Year

Rather than January, September feels like the start of the new year to me. This is probably because of the confluence of my birthday, the start of school from when I was a kid and, again, for my now college-age daughter, the rhythm of the work year when summertime gives way to Fall’s sprint, and finally celebrating the Jewish new year during the High Holydays. In these early days of September, I consider the previous year, my life, and what comes next.

Most importantly, I think about who and what I should be thankful for. Thank you to all of you who follow me and have read Saabrina and Saabrina: Tanglewood. I greatly appreciate the time you took to read my books.

Have a happy, healthy, and sweet new year!
