I visited Chesterfield to present the awards for the their writing competition. Unfortunately I got well and truely lost on the way! After asking several sets of pedestrians and heading in ever increasing circles the final of which sent me into B & Q carpark, I rang the school. They directed me the rest of the way and arrived just a little late (but 45 minutes later than the AA route planner estimate)! So glad I gave myself plenty of time.

The presentation went really well, the winners very deserving. All the kids were great and some came up for some writing advice afterwards.

Had an excellent afternoon.
