If you have signed up to received updates to my blog via e-mail, I'm very sorry if you received a series of strange posts from me. I was attempting to update the design of my blog and imported a template - which then sent out some nonsensical blog posts before I could stop it! I've reverted everything back now, and I apologise for the invasion of your inbox. Hopefully normal service will resume now.
