I am delighted to have my Twitter friend, JJ Brown, with me today to talk about her first published collection of haunting original fiction, DEATH AND THE DREAM. JJ lives in Brooklyn, New York, with two adult daughters. Born in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, the author has lived in New York City for two decades. She completed a PhD in genetics on studies of gene recombination and plant transposons, published in science journals, Theoretical and Applied Genetics and Genetics. The author has published other genetics research in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and Hepatology, as well as educational research in Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology, and BMC Medical Education.
