I was just ruled against in court, 13SEP19. On 10JAN19 my children were taken from their mother because of the amount of drugs in her home and the condition of said home. The police reports from the Mankato Police Dept. said the smell was horrible, “There was garbage everywhere.” I had everything the children needed in my home, me and my fiancé took them in gladly, for eight glorious months.
The visitation before had been every weekend and every Wednesday night for dinner. That’s what it is now returning to. My crime? I went against a Judge’s orders that I had to drive my four children thirty miles every day to a school they didn’t want to go to, because their mother said so. I have also committed another crime, a crime so horrible that it has plagued me my entire life living in this state, I was born a male.
Before you accuse me of privilege, or even white privilege, it is the same for every man, black white or other, if you are male, the mother is in charge. My ex-wife has been diagnosed with four mental disorders, not one, or two but four. She has been evicted from her home and lives in her fathers basement. She has never held a job for long, she is on record for having a meth and cannabis and alcohol problem and psychiatrists advised she needs weekly counseling, she is also on more than one medication.
Before she was evicted from her home she had a drug dealer living there, the police arrested him in front of the children. I have her on record and on affidavits for lying repeatedly under oath in court but it doesn’t matter. Her two felonies, one for drug possession, one for child endangerment also don’t matter, what matters is she is the mother, the kids have to stay with her at the cost of the kids themselves.
In an effort to weaken Minnesota and by proxy America, first it must weaken its men, and what better way to do this than by ignoring them and taking their money. This is not a conspiracy theory, ask any father in Minnesota. I attempted to fight her in court and I was fined her attorney’s fees, keep in mind she is facing two felonies. How could I otherwise possibly lose?
We did have a glorious summer, the kids were happy. I have two sons and two daughters, when they came to me the older three had IEP’s(Individualized Education Plans). My oldest son has a few learning problems and a temper, he was level three. In a week and a half in a new school under my care he was dropped from a level three to a level two. My daughter was taken off hers altogether. My second son also had his dropped. This does not matter to the courts, she is the mother. The kids WILL be raised by her and her psychological disorders.
Her father and his wife have written letters to the courts claiming they will be helping her get back on her feet, even though she has had eight months to do so being kid free and all. She hasn’t paid any child support either, the cost of two hours on the road every day all went to me, the kids repeated they also hated the drive and I was fined for trying to fight it.
This is not fair, I spent thousands for a lawyer. Even before I got a lawyer I had to bring her to court because she wouldn’t enroll my youngest in school at five. I attempted to talk to her about it but was told, “Stop harassing me.” Before the court date she was able to enroll my youngest in school a month and a half late, thus again, avoiding any accountability. I also asked for the court cost but was denied.
Where does this get us? We are right back where we started, the kids are in a school they hate and I only get them weekends and Wed nights, but, they are with their mother and that’s what’s important, right? Thank you Minnesota.
