This was the first story in the Teacher's Virgin series of books. This idea came from a summer trip that my husband and I made one year to Vermont for a wedding. If you are ever in Vergennes Vermont you should stop by the little French bakery on the main street. You can't miss it but, they are closed on Mondays. Mondays are crappy days without my espresso!

We stayed in a cute secluded Airbnb right on Lake Champlain which is where Aggie lives with her very wealthy husband Mr. Sternhouse. The grounds were gorgeous with lots of big towering trees, flowers everywhere and a couple of canoes for us to play with on the lake.

Aggie was not supposed to be a likable character at all but my readers surprisingly fell in love with her which is why I went on to write another two books in the series.

The second and third books included more of Aggie and the response to that was greater with each release.

I didn't like Aggie and you weren't supposed to like her either.
I portrayed her as a selfish, cold, and powerful woman with a huge sex drive but you loved that! 

The idea for that character came from a woman that I worked for as an eighteen-year-old. I was the mail girl and receptionist and to me, she was a woman to fear and the woman that I would report to. I was a bit of a hellion at that age.

The woman I worked for was a beautiful middle-aged southern woman with a thick drawl, the perfect slender figure always dressed to the nines and an outdated beehive hairstyle but she knew how to pull it off. She was cold, scary, and I was always in trouble with her for being a constant 5 minutes late.

There is a scene in this book where I describe the teacher looking down Lisa's shirt. That actually happened to me at that same place of business as an eighteen-year-old.

The man was middle-aged good looking he knew it and married to a woman that worked in the same building. He was notorious for flirting but, at just eighteen I was still pretty innocent. I did have a crush on him but, it was so harmless. He would make me laugh and it was nice to be around him. It was just a bonus that he was cute.

One day as I was putting away misplaced files in front of his office, I had to bend down and open the bottom drawer. He liked that.

I had no idea that he could see straight down my shirt. He told me that I had a nice rack, nice tits, or something that was completely offensive and embarrassing in the workplace and the guy is married! My face went red, I felt hurt and betrayed because I thought we had a different relationship.

He was mortified by my response. Most likely because he thought he was in big trouble. After that I had such a hard time being around him and he avoided me like the plague for about a week. I think it took me to say its ok but you hurt my feelings. His response was I thought that was what you girls wanted.
