The new edition is here. New cover, new edits, a bio, and reviews. The paperback is still pending, however, the original eBook has been replaced. If you already have the ecopy, received from Amazon, go ahead and update and you will receive the new edition. 

​As for the paperback, it has been reduced to 353 pages, and has the added benefit of being priced at only $9.99. Now, the book will be more affordable,  read better; grammatically  and spacially speaking.  If you have yet to buy the paperback version, this new Reader's Edition may be for you.
