This is a very common pattern with my blogs on Medium. Day 2 typically is the peak on a blog post, with a faster fall-off compared to the slope start.

Overall it seems books make more waves in the social data universe. Content in my two books from last year have been downloaded ~13,000 times so far, which I guess is a tad more impressive than 175 blog views on LinkedIn!
