Carrying hopes of finding a place to establish the person we think we should be, we come to realize we only chase shadows of myth and lore.

We find lessons in our days and humility with our trials, but for our triumphs, we often don’t realize what we’ve accomplished until things have been dealt with and we’ve moved on.
