Voice It

Are you full of love, excitement, saddened or adventurous? Can you say something in a unique way that no one else can but you? I'm sure you can say yes to all of those characteristics at some moment in time. Great, it sounds like you have a voice and something to say the way you say it, so don't hesitate to voice it.

So what is a voice? Having a voice especially in the world of writing could simply mean conveying thoughts the way you think to your audience and your audience can hear it as you thought it. As the creator or writer your audience should feel the tremble in the throat of a character who's crying tears. Understanding the feeling of an awkward moment and being embarrassed as if they were the one in the moment. What you are conveying could register with them right away or be an eye-opening moment for your audience.

Your personality who you are and why you do what you do is also your voice. It gives that unique thing that only you as the creator possesses to get your thoughts across to your audience. Your personality puts leverage in a simple statement and makes it an statement that echoes in the mind of the audience. It is an essential deciding factor of being boring versus the interesting one. Personality heavily influences the pitch and diction in which the emotion of your voice is conveyed.

As people, writers, and creators we all have voices. Something to say and a unique way to convey our stories and messages. Put some feeling coupled with the message to ensure your audience hears and identifies your voice. As always sharpen your skills and voice it.
