Not Feeling It
Life is filled with moments that take you up and then those moments that bring you back down. It's part of living and our story in humanity. To be honest, everday won't be a rise and shine awakening full of positive vibes. Sometimes like you, I'm just not feeling it today.
The sense of feeling whether it is physically or emotionally is about what's being experienced. Negative but very real feelings are the result of something not going the way we perceived it. Referring to the matter of the heart, our thoughts and feelings. We may see things one way in mind that gives us those feelings associated with unbelief, discouraged, annoyed and aggravated etc. Maybe your hard work goes unrecognized, or you've been working on something for a longtime and the results you would like seems impossible. There are so many reasons and examples to feel like today, not feeling it.
It's ok to feel this way from time to time. At the simplest but most obvious reason for saying that is you're living. With that said you, me have an opportunity to change how we feel and what happens. Just because we start out thinking something to be one way doesn't mean we must continue in those thoughts. Often we realize that because we see things one way doesn't mean that in actuality thats how things really are. Continue to work through rough patches and find light in your inspiration. We as humans change from one moment to the next and you'll never know what the day has to offer if you don't get to moving.
We are creatures of change and with change comes another moment to change. Constantly we change how we feel from moment to moment. I don't know what it is that you face daily and have experienced. What I will encourage is that you recognize moments like our feelings change and you can fight through being discouraged. Continue to work, you are valuable and will overcome those things and feelings that make you feel like I'm not feeling it today.
