It will depend on which device you are using…, regardless of which device you have, here is how you get to your subscriptions.

When using a computer…

Step 1: Go to www.amazon.com and sign in

Step 2: Hover over Account & Lists to reveal a dropdown.

Step 3: Click on Memberships & Subscriptions

If you are using a mobile device…

Go to www.amazon.com

Tap on the Hamburger menu – the three lines on the top left
Under Help & Settings, Tap Your Account
Then Tap Your Memberships & Subscriptions
Tap the drop-down filter and choose Active to view all active subscriptions.

Step 4: Select All subscriptions to make sure you can see all of them

To manage a subscription, simply click Manage subscription
In this case for Kindle Unlimited, click as shown below.

Step 5: Click on Manage Subscriptions

Step 6: Click Go To My Kindle Unlimited Settings

Step 7: Just Click Cancel Subscription 

Step 8: Click End Membership.
