THE BEST SELFCARE ADVICE- MBS CONNECTION

THE BEST SELF_CARE ADVICE

Taking full responsibility for every single thing we feel, no matter what someone else does or doesn't do, is no small feat. For most of us, this is a huge challenge. But it's totally worthwhile when we're able to get there.

When you're first learning this concept, however, it’s easy to flip into harsh criticism and judgment of yourself for any and all thoughts, feelings, and actions you don't like in yourself. Some of us can be very harshly critical of ourselves, and we shouldn’t be.

What we tend to do is turn all blame onto ourselves. Thoughts like, “Oh my goodness, this whole time I've been the one causing this problem... I'm such a horrible person…” enter our minds.

Of course, this is not our intention in this process! The intention is to notice that if we are feeling or acting a certain way, it is because of the way we’re thinking, not because of anything that is outside our control.

Be curious and fascinated about it, and treat yourself with kindness and compassion, because now that you know, you can change it if you choose to!
The Mind, Body, Soul (MBS) Connection
The Important part of self care is the mind, body, soul connection. Our health and overall being is not a one sided thing. Our physical, mental and spiritual  health are deeply connected and work together to create harmony or discontent in our lives.
The above elements strongly influence each other. When your body is unhealthy, your mind might suffer. If you are not fuelling your soul, you have troublle finding the physical energy to do anything.
I am a firm believer in incorporating the MBS connection on a daily basis in your daily routine and there is a whole chapter on this connection which is fully explained in my book THINK LIKE A BOSS.
You can choose to have any of the following present in this post 13 things to master your mornings to have a mind body soul connection.
When you  take care of the mind, body and soul on a daily basis, You will be  able to practice self care in a super simple and  efficient manner. By doing so, I not only get to do things I enjoy doing but also feel a lot better.
