HOW CONVERSATION WITH THE DIVINE LOOKS LIKE

If Pluto could talk...this is what it would say. ⁣(If you need, replace God with whatever works for you 🔥This is what is happening *for* us collectively. )⁣

~⁣

Me: Hey God.⁣
God: Hello.....⁣

Me: I'm falling apart. Can you put me back together?⁣
God: I would rather not.⁣

Me: Why?⁣
God: Because you aren't a puzzle.⁣

Me: What about all of the pieces of my life that are falling down onto the ground?⁣

God: Let them stay there for a while. ⁣
They fell off for a reason. ⁣
Take some time and decide if you need any of those pieces back.⁣

Me: You don't understand! I'm breaking down!⁣

God: No - you don't understand ⁣

YOU ARE BREAKING THROUGH. ⁣

What you are feeling are just growing pains. You are shedding the things, the people and the systems in your life that are holding you back. ⁣

You aren't falling apart. ⁣
YOU ARE FALLING INTO PLACE. RELAX. ⁣

Take some deep breaths and allow those things you don't need anymore to fall off of you. Quit holding onto the pieces that don't fit you anymore. ⁣

Let them fall off. Let them go.⁣

Me: Once I start doing that, what will be left of me?⁣

God: Only the very best pieces of you.⁣

Me: I'm scared of changing.⁣

God: I keep telling you - ⁣
YOU AREN'T CHANGING!! ⁣
YOU ARE BECOMING!⁣

Me: Becoming who?⁣

God: Becoming who I created you to be! ⁣

A person of light and love and charity and hope and courage and joy and mercy and grace and compassion. You are fearless... ⁣

I made you for more than the shallow pieces you have decided to adorn yourself with that you cling to with such greed, gluttony, jealousy and fear. ⁣

Let those things fall off of you. ⁣

I LOVE YOU!! ⁣

DON'T CHANGE BECOME!! ⁣

Become! Become! Become! Become who I made you to be. I'm going to keep telling you this until you remember it.⁣

Me: There goes another piece.⁣
God: Yep. Let it be.⁣

Me: So...I'm not broken?⁣

God: No - but ⁣YOU ARE BREAKING LIKE A NEW DAWN. IT'S A NEW DAY. BECOME!! ⁣

Sending you all loads of love+ light.

THOUGHT DOWNLOAD-AN EFFECTIVE TOOL

At one point or another, we all experience difficult and painful times in this life.

When we experience pain and suffering, we don’t want to repeat that pain. So we tell ourselves that we can't go through something like that again and, in the process, we attempt to control our situations to prevent it from happening again.

Unfortunately, we just don't have that power. There is really no benefit to thinking this way.

When we think we have this power, it creates more emotional pain instead of sparing us that emotional pain (which is what we think we're doing).

If you find yourself repeating certain thoughts or beliefs to yourself, especially after you've been through a storm, take some time to do a thought download on them.
What to do for a thought download?
👉Question them from a place of curiosity, interest, love, and compassion for yourself and do models on those thoughts.

👉Decide if they really serve you, if you like the results that those thoughts create for you or not.

If you're going through a storm right now, that’s all the more reason to question and evaluate the thoughts that keep coming up for you. Because over time, they'll develop into your new beliefs. Remember, beliefs are just thoughts that you've thought so many times that you believe them.

If you can be intentional and deliberate about deciding which thoughts to believe, then you're going to choose ones that serve you in the future and in moving forward. This will only benefit you in the long run.

I hope that this is helpful for those of you who are working through some difficult times or find that there are still those little seeds leftover from difficult times past.

Working through our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs can help us bring about peace, which is really what we ultimately want. Thought downloads always paves way for fresh beginnings.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR THOUGHTS

“You get to CHOOSE which thoughts you entertain and amplify in your own mind.”

What?!

Savi, you’re telling me these thoughts of self doubt, fear, failure, rejection, self-loathing et al, are a CHOICE?

Mhm...that’s EXACTLY what I’m saying.

Well, almost.

You see thoughts that pop into that beautiful brain of yours aren't actually a choice because that process happens on auto-pilot. Did you know that you have 60,000 thoughts a day and over 95% of them are the SAME thoughts you had yesterday?

Your mind is SO original...NOT

Your thoughts pop in like a toddler running around with their pants down→ no control and no direction. But also at the same time predictable AF → asking you for the same chicken nugget lunch and bedtime story for the 67th day in a row.

BUT the thoughts that you choose to entertain over and over again and amplify in your mind? THAT’s where CHOICE comes in.

Even though this also happens unconsciously, it can be turned into a conscious process depending on which thoughts you choose to focus on.

And this FOCUS is what helps certain thoughts turn into our belief systems. You know, when you think “I am ugly, I am ugly, I am ugly” over and over and over again (your focus)… you can be the most beautiful soul to walk this Earth but the only thing you can think to yourself is “I am ugly.”

When we CHOOSE the thoughts worthy of entertainment and amplification, inevitably those thoughts affect our feelings, which of course, affect our ACTIONS, which affect our freaking LIFE.

BOOM.

I challenge you to audit your mind without judgement. Any minute you find your mind wandering, look at where your thoughts go. Don’t try to change them right away, just observe and listen. You’ll be taking a DEEP DIVE into your subconscious mind so start observing the patterns of your mind now!

The Human Brain Vs Teen Behavoiur

As I deal with the teens on a daily basis and to have an understanding with them, and also based on my research  on the science behind the teen brain, I began to look at the kids’ behaviors as totally normal rather than off-the-charts emotionally dramatic and damaging.

Humans undergo through a process of individualized brain evolution and that would mean learning through trial and error.

The rational part of a teen’s brain isn’t fully developed until years later, at around age 25. Teen brains and adult brains work differently—adults think more with the prefrontal cortex or higher brain (rational thinking, problem-solving part of the brain), whereas teens process information more with the lower brain or amygdala—the emotional part of the brain. For teens, the center between the rational brain and emotional brain are still learning to communicate and connect. This is part of why emotions run high during the teen years. They often connect events to what they are feeling rather than being able to articulate what they were thinking.

How Can Parents Help?

No matter how much your teen may minimize your role in their life, remember that you are the most important role model. Even when friends are important to them, you are the one who will have a profound and long-lasting effect.

Our responsibilities as parents include being available to talk to them, listen to them, and teach them in an emotionally safe environment.

Familiarize yourself with the things that are important to your teen, ask your teen to help you understand their point of view, even when you may not agree.

Help your teen see the connection between their thoughts, feelings, actions and consequences.

Let them know you see their strengths, that they are resilient, and that they have the power and ability to make a difference.

Show that you have faith and trust them and that you trust the process. Teach them about Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset and how they are a work in progress.

Learn to enjoy the process together.

Sometimes I take a walk  at night and stare up into space. When I think things aren’t going so well, it reminds me it’s really not the end of the world. In the magnificent scheme of things, and in comparison to the vast universe, I’m convinced that what’s going on in my microcosm is going to be ok. Even when it’s not ok, it really is ok. I’m part of this process and I’m learning, too.

HOW TO PAUSE AN OVERACTIVE MIND

Mind is the only organ that is constantly awake and busy.  By altering our states of mind we can also alter our states of being.
Well this week we are looking at how we can  stop an overreactive mind.
Metacognition
We are  three dimensional  beings having metacognitiveabilities. We have the power to observe our own thoughts and self. We can decide  how we want to feel, think and act. Having this ability enables us to self reflect and scrutinize ourselves and make a plan to modify our behaviours so we can produce more  desirable outcomes.
To do this start observing all aspects of your present personality. Since they primarly operate at the level of conscious awarenss, you will have to go within and look at these elements yu probably havent been aware of before.

Challenge your thoughts
Challenge your thoughts by asking the following questions:
Why do I think this will happen? Is there any evidence to support this thought? What are other possible Interpretations? Will this matter in 1-5 years from now?Do I have a solution that I can put to action?
Consider the wider Perspective
When overthinking you narrow your perspective down to few details  and lose touch with big picture. To regain perspective , allow yourself to step away from the problem and focus on something else for a period of time.
Take Action
When all you do is spend time inside of your head you discount the most important element i.e. to take action.  Thinking without doing only gets you stuck in your own mental feedback loops. Decisive action  and real-world feedback can often be the best cure for an overactive mind.

Ask for help
Asking for help allows you to surround yourself with people who can provide support and further facilitate in your personal development.

BOSS MOVE- CIRCUMSTANCE VS THOUGHT

The very first thing I teach my clients is the difference between a circumstance and a thought.

A circumstance is a neutral fact that everyone would agree on. For example, if I have a thermometer and it reads 40 ̊F, then I can say it’s 40 ̊F outside. That’s a circumstance. Any person in the world could come over and confirm it’s 40 ̊F outside.
If I say, “it’s cold outside,” that is a thought. Even though I may genuinely experience 40 ̊F as cold, we know it’s a thought because not everyone would agree on it.
So often, we try to change our circumstances, thinking they are the problem. For instance, if we think the people with whom we work  are difficult, the solution we come up with is to look for a new job.
But what if you could get to the point where you’re completely in charge of managing your emotions, where nothing needed to change for you to feel better? You might still decide to work with a different patient population, but because you want to, not because you feel like a victim of your circumstances.
You move toward managing your emotions by first noticing your thoughts. When you do this, you take on the role of being the watcher of your thoughts.
When you watch your thoughts, you want to come from a place of compassion and curiosity and ask yourself questions like, “I wonder why I’m thinking about it that way?”
You can practice this tone in your self-talk, too. How many times have you thought, “What’s my problem?” versus, “What’s the matter, love?”
Create a safe place to unpack what’s going on in your mind. One great exercise that I highly recommend doing is called the thought download.
For five minutes write non-stop and get all your thoughts out on paper. You can either type it or you can write it out longhand. Either one is fine.
What are the circumstances? What are the thoughts? See if you can identify the difference and allow yourself to get curious instead of judgmental. What comes up for you?

BOSS MOVE FOR UNWINDING YOURSELF

We talk a lot about morning routines here and also the power of having a routine  and how starting the day on your own terms is the ultimate boss move you take. In order to have a solid morning routine you got to reverse engineer yourself the night before which helps you in having the best routine ever. There is nothing in this world that can replace from waking up feeling rejuvenated and restored.

Take this boss move of  unwinding yurself to wake up feeling rejuvenated and restored 🙌🏼❤️🌟⁣

 Create the right sleep environment
Keeping the lights dim after the sun goes down can work wonders. Invest in good quality blackout curtains and an eye mask (if it works for you). Even if you CAN manage to sleep in a room with bright lights and noise, DON’T, because it has serious health effects on your body over the long run. In short, it doesn’t matter if you get 8 hours in, what matters is the quality of those hours. Use Blue Blocker Glasses or blue blocker light to block out blue light and kick off melatonin production in the brain 🧠 ⁣

 Calm your Central Nervous System
Stretch your body to relieve stress and calm your central nervous system⁣. Every time you workout, you feel SO much better overall and it also helps to sleep well at night. Even if you’re unable to get in a proper workout, try to do some earthing or grounding for at least 10 minutes a day (I’ve spoken about this in my previous posts as well)
 Eat an early dinner
Our body has an internal rhythm that schedules major bodily functions called the Circadian Rhythm. Eating late at night leaves the body on high alert, interfering with this rhythm. It prevents the body from powering down. If you eat early, food is not only digested better, you sleep well and wake up energized too!

 Reflect on your wins

Reflect on your wins from the day to celebrate what you accomplished and program your mind for productivity⁣⁣
Epsom Salt Baths
Take an Epsom Salt Bath to completely relax your body and mind⁣. Now this one’s my favourite! I LOVE winding down after a long day with a nice, warm bath with epsom salts. The magnesium in epsom salts suppresses the release of stress hormones and reduces the release of ACTH (the hormone that tells your adrenal glands to pump out cortisol and adrenaline). It also acts as a blood-brain barrier, preventing stress hormones from entering the brain. This ultimately leads to a sense of calm, which translates into a good night’s sleep 😇
We get our life force from sleep! It’s that one place where we are disconnected from our ego and for a while dissolve into consciousness. Don’t ignore this bit and work towards getting some good sleep

 Read before bed
Read your favorite soul enriching book. You become what you consume.
Which Boss move are you going to take from the above.comment below!
Sending love+light

THE RAINBOW OF YOUR LIFE

Do you find yourself believing you shouldn’t be anxious, angry, sad, or depressed? Do you believe that we are supposed to be happy all the time?

Many teens I work with say that their overall goal is to never feel anxious again and just “feel happy.” Of course we want to feel happy, but do we believe this is how we are supposed to feel all of the time, or even most of the time?

Life was designed to give us an array of experiences, along with an array of emotions to feel. This is what I call the rainbow of your life. It is only in this realm we experience the entire human emotions.

What if we could stop seeing emotions as “good” or “bad” and just see them as emotions, or energy in our body? How much more easily would we be able to sit with them, allow them, get curious, and see them as a teacher helping us become more aware of ourselves and our surroundings?

If all we saw was yellow, we wouldn’t be able to see how beautiful yellow really is. Or that when yellow is mixed with blue, it can create green. It’s these kinds of contrasts and experiences with emotions that enable us to more fully comprehend the blessings of challenges, the reality of our humanness, and the richness of life.

I heard one definition of happiness this week: “Happiness is the lack of wanting anything to be different than it is in any given moment.”

It reminded me that true, overall happiness is being in the present moment, whatever it is. Feeling a strong emotion can be purposeful, useful, and helpful. If you can be there with intention without getting stuck, you  can step back anytime to see more colors of the palette. The wider lens is always available. The colorful landscape is always there. It is all about zooming in and out as needed.

HOW TO GET CONNECTED WITH YOUR SELF

CONNECTION ACTIVITY- A Reminder to live by

Please place one hand on your heart and one hand on your womb. Breathe into your body and feel it expand. Every time you take a breath and on your exhale surrender all that is not serving you in this exact moment. This is 99% of your worries. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Repeat this as many times until you feel soft, relaxed, Open and connected. And this is the truth of who you are. 💕✨⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Remember the linear mind likes to create issues and worries. Move beyond that paradigm because it just means you’re stuck in the holograph. See beyond the veil because you are infinite.
Ps - this is spirituality 101, if you don’t understand this here is your starting point.

THE COSMIC ENERGY WITHIN YOU

Our human journey is all about with where we are at on our evolutionary journey on earth. In order to reveal your ligh,t you have to be willing to go into the dark and into the shadows as well. ⁣

⁣Underneath all that is where the true rhythm of your soul lives and breathes. ⁣⁣Being spiritual means being connected to universal truth. ⁣⁣Universal truth is the all. ⁣⁣The all encompasses everything. ⁣⁣Everything includes the light (unicorns, fairies, crystals, etc) and the dark (shadows, projections, fears, personas, etc⁣⁣My purpose in the work I do is not to consciously or mentally “make you more spiritual”. That’s a choice you can make on your own. ⁣⁣My purpose is to assist you in pulling back the veil so that you can reveal your own truth and use this as your new perspective. ⁣⁣When you do...you naturally become “spiritual” because in the end, everything exists as one. ⁣⁣You are more magical than your fear and hateful comments. That is not YOU. You are more magical than what is being pumped into your subconscious via TV. That is not YOU. You are more magical than the black or white legit or right divide that they are trying to create. That is not YOU. ⁣⁣All that is a learned behavior as a survival mechanism. Learn the difference and dissolve the lower frequency so you can be who you came here to be. Happy. Light. Fun. Curious, aAnd fulfilling your soul’s contract. ⁣⁣I am teaching this to all the beings in my coaching session and my  students lives are on the brink of changing. I absolutely love what I do!!! I created my life this way AND I’m here to show you that you can too! ⁣⁣....because you are me and I am you...it’s all connected and that’s called truth baby.😊
