Your Heart is Speaking to You, Will You Listen Now?
The mind is a means to an end, a servant to our desires.
The heart is a means to all new beginnings, a master to our dreams.
We worship the creations made by the mind but we forget about creations from the heart that lead us to the place where our true intentions are. To lead with the heart means understanding the voice that carries us and nourishes us.
The creations of the heart are for us and not necessarily to prove our worth to others. It’s pure in our own intentions, living life with intention.
What would it look like in your life for the door to your mind to open only from the heart? What would it look like for your mind to be more of a servant to your heart’s priorities and longings?
I’m purposely being a servant to my heart’s priorities and longings. It took a lot to break away from what the mind desires. There’s that familiarity of responsibilities and comfort that always circles back to the mind. For me, leading with the heart is a life of rich creation connected deeply with others.
It’s showing up where I feel eager.
It’s showing up where I feel energized.
It’s showing up where I feel happy.
It’s showing up where I feel connected.
It’s showing up where I feel supported.
It’s showing up where I feel free.
It’s showing up where I feel light.
Can the heart and mind walk in concert with one another? Very carefully it can. It doesn’t mean one necessarily overpowers the other but they walk the path together. One of logic and one of compassion.
Your heart and mind can beautifully dance with one another, taking turns leading. It doesn’t mean one overpowers the other but they walk the path together.
Provide the space to find the balance of allowing yourself the ability to daydream while grounding yourself. It’s a hard balancing act because you may feel like flying high in the sky to feel the lightness while walking on the earth’s soils to feel the strength.
Be grounded but groundless in your pursuits.
