I would also like to take this moment to remind any readers of any new books (especially the print copies) - new authors will always heartily appreciate if you buy from their direct publishers / distributers.

It is understandable that sometimes for print books it isn't always viable - in this situation I personally would prefer to share the profits with smaller, indie bookshops around the world, not the reseller industry giants.
