I was humiliated by this sercurity gaurd!

I got crushed and humiliated. read on.

My dear readers,
I found myself hooked on movie reactions. For those who don’t know, you watch a video being watched for the first time with the reviewer and the movie is commented on. Rather like having a friend around to watch something.

My recent one was The Green Mile. One of Stephen King (All hail the king!) stories. The green mile follows Tom Hanks' character as he runs the green mile which is the death row of the prison.

There’s wonderful little plot twists in here. The interaction between the inmates and the guards is really authentic. I liked how one inmate made himself a little friend ( I won't spoil it in case someone here wants to watch it.
It was a hell of a good movie and almost doesn’t make itself known as a drama or maybe even slow horror. The buildup to the end was pretty shocking.

So that’s what I’ve been doing. I look forward to seeing more of them. On the other hand, I have written 1200 words for my next novel. These take spit, blood, and some head banging to get through for me but I never give up for long. Just to give you an example of my patience. See here when a security guard found me;

So I was in a mall that’s closed now doing a little looking around and checking out JcPenney clothes. Now this Jcpenny has a huge makeup shop in the middle of the store and to get to the doors you had to walk all the way around.
All stores at the end of the mall have 2 or 3 doors. (This is important)
I went outside to get in my truck and I couldn’t find it. No biggies I probably got turned around. Went back in, got to the second door and went out thinking I’d find my truck. Well it had to be the last one right? Went out there and no truck. So I went out the third door. SHOOT MY TRUCKS BEEN STOLEN!!!!
I noticed a security guard was sitting in his golf cart watching me.
I ran to him and tearfully told him of my woe and my truck was gone. Did I have to call the police or did he handle this kind of thing?

He glanced around and turned back at me and said something that crushed me.

“Ma’am I just watched you come out that same door three times. “Why don’t I just take you around to the others. I’m sure we’ll find it.
So I waited patiently, stewing in embarrassment. Patiently waiting for the stupid golf cart to move faster.

I found my truck. Learned I had zero patience back then but things are different now ( Not much )

So yea I’m way more patient with my writing. True Story.

Much love to you all.
