Aside from being one of Grandmaster Chun's most profound mottos, these three simple words are clearly heavy with meaning. It helps us remember that taekwondo can be for LIFE if we accept it. In 2023, don't squander your taekwondo. Embrace it. Practice it. Allocate time for this most valuable of assets.
