I think a lot of authors suffer from the highs and lows of writing. A crushing or praising review can spin your day either up or down.
Some days I get so depressed and want to hide under my covers.
Other days I want to sing my heart out and I'm so thankful for the path I'm on.
I doubt I will ever be successful. I've been working hard to be an author for 7 years now and honestly, I feel like I'm still at the starting block.
