Humans are that breed of living beings who get attached to another human. We didn’t restrict ourselves to just another living being; it is silly how we cling to objects and places. However, it might not apply to everyone in the human race. All my growing years, I saw my father washing his scooter, polishing, and even though he went to work on a bicycle. To date, his 35-year-old scooter shines brighter than my life. Every household has an antic item that the parents fail to part ways with. I made peace with it when we finally moved to our house, and my mother continued holding onto an earthen-giant vase. I migrated from one city to another, living with old clothes that I couldn’t part ways with. Even though I don’t fit into some of them, I cligned to them. For years, I held the last letter I received from my ex. It hurt like hell whenever I opened that Pandora’s box. I took a million angry issues to burn that paper to ashes. With the work and life balance going off-track, I still find myself going through old pictures and reliving moments. I believe things and places won’t hurt you as much as a human being could. It might be hard to wash out memories if we cligned to objects. We tend to love songs we listened to together, hoard flowers, cling to broken jewelry, tattered books, and many more. Life would be simpler if it was only an email attachment.
We are moving into a new office space soon, and it brings back all the moments lived in this corner. Work desks are your partners for all the appreciation and brutal feedback emails. Clearing desk is another task yet an emotional journey.

That’s last month we spend here 😦View from office Desk for work from home 🙂Desk look from June 2023
