I've been away for a few days at one of the many festivals that fill the countryside in the summer time They can be fantastic fun and meeting new people through music is great. The only downside is the fact that they are, so often, held in places away from town. Which often can mean away from wifi, and phone signals etc, so when it rains, as it so often does. it's wonderful to have a book in the back pocket and snuggle down in the tent listening to the rain on the roof and escaping into your other world. Your imagination. Why not have a book swap or stall at the festivals, so when it rains, or you're tired from dancing the night away, there's an alternative. Anyway we're home again, so it's a shower and early night. We'll deal with the laundry tomorrow.
