Born in Pontefract, U.K., David grew up in Stockton-on-Tees and York. He reads every kind of fiction he can get his hands on and has been writing since he was fifteen. He loves Chuck, Buffy, Firefly, Castle, True Blood, Lost Girl, Nikita and Dollhouse, plus anything Whedonesque or nerdy, really! He lives in York, U.K. and is married with two daughters. David is currently at work writing the next Matt Drake thriller. He cites Robert Crais, Graham Masterton, and Joss Whedon as his major influences.
