Over the weekend, the last book in my Empire of Ruin series, At Eternity's Gates, came out and marked the completion of the series!

It's a funny feeling. I'll miss a lot of the characters I won't write about ever again (due to plot reasons and choice, some deserve a rest!) but I'm satisfied that the end has come. I do plan on returning to the world of the Empire of Ruin series (both before these events and long after) but this story is now told.

Early reviews have been very positive, which is great to see. I'd never written a final book before, but strove to make it as epic and satisfying as I could. There were many sequences long in the planning that I'd been itching to write, and now they're in black and white for all to see.

Thank you to everyone who has read along so far, and for those who (understandably) like to wait until a series if finished until they dive in, well, I hope you enjoy from the humble beginnings with In Solitude's Shadow, to the epic conclusion At Eternity's Gates.
