I read reviews with great interest. Writers learn a lot from them, even if they aren't about our books. One such review from Steve Naylor started a very interesting conversation about 'male manhood size' and honesty in relationship communications.
These topics are particularly interesting for me right now as I write Sinthea The Hotwife.
This is a link to Steve's review and the comments.Anyway, I put Steve's suggestion about honest communication to the test in a real life scenario.
I bought a dress I knew looks awful on me, put it on for my husband and asked, "Do I look good in this?" (as per Steve's suggestion).
He paused, rubbed his chin and said, "No."
To which I replied, "Are you saying it makes me look fat?"
He shook his head and said, "No, it's just a little too grandma for you."
There was a very pregnant pause. Then he said, "Is my cock big enough for you?"
To which I replied, "You've been following my activity on Goodreads again, haven't you?"
Steve, Andrew, this is all your fault!

So the honesty in your relationship is working for you.
You’re so insightful, I would fail in trying to sugarcoat something. I’m sure your husband feels the same way.
Isn’t it comforting that you know he’s telling you his honest thoughts. You are a very lucky woman.
