I'm sharing pics
https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=... of a day in the life of a bridal dressmaker. Most of you who have known me forever know the story. I grew up with a dad who was a dressmaker and tailor. I learned how to sew before I could pretty much spell c-a-t. I began making gowns for my pageant friends in high school, then on to the bridal world. Yes, I designed and sewed, beginning to end. I had a lot pin pricks in my fingers, which I traded in gladly for keyboard fatigue from writing my novels. Yay!❤️
Like my character Bailey, I was not only a bridal gown specialist, I was the listener, consultant, therapist, handholder, and all around adviser. I did my best anyway. Nothing is more personal than a bride's wedding day. When you read the book, you'll understand.
