June 2024 Wrap Up

I can’t believe we’re halfway through 2024. June was a sweet month filled with so many good memories and fun times. God has been helping me to rely on Him and trust in His perfect plans for me. He is so good!

My mom, sister, and I had a girl’s day in Houston, which was a lot of fun!

I tried the new Summer Berry Refresher from Starbucks, and thought it was good! Minus the boba as I’m not a boba fan haha.

This picture of my siblings and I cracks me up!

We celebrated my dad’s birthday and Father’s Day this month!

The sixth book, The War, in one of my favorite book series, The Tales of Tarsurella, came out! I think it might be my favorite in the series!

My mom and I went hiking with a church hiking group for the first time!

My sweet friend, Mikayla, and I had a joint birthday celebration day which was a lot of fun!

I celebrated my birthday, and spent the day with my family! It was such a sweet day and I felt so loved!

What I’m Grateful For: Trying out a new restaurant and really liking it, sunflowers, calls with friends, ice cream with Mikayla, finding old funny and interesting postcards in an antique store, sweet Instagram posts and messages from friends on my birthday, chips and guacamole, buying tickets to go see a play, getting to read the 6th book in one of my favorite series, The Tales of Tarsurella, a warm bed, watching the Olympic trials and hearing athletes give God the glory, an answered prayer, and The Lord’s steadiness and unfailing love.

What I’m Reading: The War by Olivia Lynn Jarmusch and The Glass Cottage by Alyssa Schwartz.

What I’m Listening To: John Michael Howell‘s music, Mental Help album by Josh Wilson, Dominion album by Skillet, Still Telling My Story, Red Words, Joy is Gonna Come, and Fighting For You by The Erwins, and 4 K’s in a Pod with the Erwins podcast.

What I’m Watching: The Olympic trials!! My favorites have been swimming, women’s diving, and gymnastics.

How was your June? What has The Lord been teaching you this month?

God loves you so much!

-Hannah
