Attitude is everything, and it is perhaps the most underrated trait not emphasized enough for kids growing up.

Remember those confident kids from kindergarten to college? The ones who seemed to care little for what anyone said or did? Yeah, we all know a few of those, right?

Have you noticed that they do their things, and everybody else ends up meeting them where they are?

90% of such folks are today's popular movie stars, hit musicians, and leaders in their fields. It's not by accident or just luck.

So, what's gotten my danders up?

Parents with young children must be careful not to overcorrect them when they show a unique personality. Instead, encourage their individuality and be sure to introduce them to music early.

Consider enrolling them in music lessons from an early age to nurture their interests.

And if they want to write? Let them have at it.
