My packing list

I’m jetting off to the Hamptons and am so excited to get away to mix a little work with play. From the gorgeous views, stunning shorelines and fabulous nightlife, the Hamptons has it all. What makes this trip all the more special is that it’s my first time visiting this vacation hot spot!  

Now….I have to figure out what to pack?!? The old me would be surrounded by every bit of luggage I have in the house and filling them with just about everything I own. Well, no more! I’ve learned to lean into living with intention and that is leading my packing mentality for this trip. With that in mind, I wanted to share with you a list of my favorite items to pack that will make your summer trip a total breeze! I used to overpack and try to prepare for everything but now, I plan thoughtfully around activities for the days and nights really focusing on things I feel my very best in!
