Where Have I Been?

Where have I been? It appears it wasn't here! Although I apparently I showed up long enough to add my last novel, "Death At The Devil's Elbow" to the line-up back in June.

I've been busy. In fact, I started writing another novel in March and finished it Thanksgiving morning! Prior to that, it was six months of research in the hopes that I'd get things right. One never knows. There are always doubts that someone far more knowledgeable is going to come along and find out what an idiot you are and say you have no idea what you're talking about. I sincerely did try, though. Promise.

Today, after I'm far more awake & alert than I am now, I'm sitting down to pull out The Mighty Red Pen to start Round 3 edits on said book, "Hunting Quincey". It clocks in at 82K words. Seems a goodly amount. And features, though doesn't really star, one Quincey P. Morris, a character taken from the world of Bram Stoker's 'Dracula' and one who has long fascinated me for, I think, obvious reasons.

Yesterday, I stepped away from the realm of Horror (though I didn't stray too far) and spent a few hours promoting my Children's books and the many adventures of Bill the Worm. Sold eight copies, which isn't bad and finished up my Holiday gift shopping after.

So, that's where I've been hiding all year. Putting a link to "Death at The Devil's Elbow" here too - it's not felt much love since its release so please, pop over there and check it out at least. Thanks.
