You don't want to put down the book for a single moment in case you might miss some crucial dialogue or a seemingly throwaway clue that may allude to something more important later down the line. Patrick Parker uses a lot of characters in the narrative. However, the author always ensures everyone has their own agency and a personality that makes them shine among their peers. The twists and turns are always unexpected, keeping the reader on their toes. All in all, it's a fantastic military/espionage thriller. I very much enjoyed it and definitely recommend it."
