The High Holidays
Shana Tova, and Gmar Hatima Tova. Yom Kippur starts on Wednesday night. Dry Bones Golden Oldies in the fond memory of Yaakov Kirschen (Dry Bones). Brought to you by Sali, the LSW. Here is a cartoon for the High Holidays from 1991. I thought that in these very heavy times, we could all use a bit of lite comic relief.
I am finding my first holiday without Yaakov harder that I expected, but the reaction to my putting up some of his old cartoons has given me much comfort. Thanks to all of you who are reading his blog still.

And another one on the same theme, but in color, from 2011

Much love, and wishes for peace and for all of our hostages to be released NOW and for our soldiers to be safe.Blessings to you all, and your family, and loved ones... peace, health, happiness and freedom, love, Sali, the LSW (Long Suffering Wife)Please consider donating to Dry Bones in order to help me keep up the expenses of the Blog and the postings when you make your annual New Year donations.
