Some time ago I submitted the second part of a two-part study on money and credit to C4SS. Both parts are pretty long, and it takes some time for things to work through the editing backlog (our editing and formatting work is by nominally paid volunteers who have day jobs). But when they're published, I hope to follow up by combining them into a book. Everyone in the relevant tiers will receive a copy, of course!
