As most of you know, I have self-published all but two of my books. Publishing through Amazon is easy. Publishing through other outlets? Not so much – there’s a bunch of them! Fortunately, a company named Draft2Digital acts as a distributor to virtually everywhere else (Amazon, too, if you want a lower royalty rate).
