I write because stories get into my head and refuse to budge until I write them! Shamaness came to me in a dream, complete from start to finish. But writing it took several years. Nick and Clancy was inspired by real life family events and people. A Waltz Across Time was inspired by my husband's ancestors as depicted in photo albums and family lore. Voices from the Well was inspired by horror stories from nursing homes. And Lena DeVine - well - Lena was "just for fun!"

Right now I'm busy promoting and adjusting to life in a new place, so no stubborn ideas taking up space. We'll see how long that lasts...:).
