Some believe that the government, or somebody, is spraying toxic chemicals in the sky to create rain. This is either being done by outright spraying or something in the jet fuel as it is being burned. Well, I don't know for sure but I do wonder about the vapor contrails in the sky. Is the technology there? Probably. I was watching this old scifi movie from 1954 titled "Them" that was about giant ants that were created by radioactivity from bomb tests. It freaked me out when I saw it as a kid. But while viewing it recently, I took note when one scientist or military man suggested seeding the clouds to make rain. Hum? I guess they were actually thinking about it way back then. So if they are, and there are toxic chemicals in it, I can understand why talk of chem trails would be labeled as a conspiracy theory. People, big business, and government like to use that term for the connotation it presents. Rather than debate a topic it is easier to just blow it off by using the term and thus give the impression that one knows what one is talking about and doesn't need to present a counter argument. As for the cloud seeding, I am sure the farmers are happy when it rains, but one shouldn't mess with Mother Nature.
